About Me

Hip hop was started on the corner, it originated in the streets. In its truest form it represents the struggle. Somewhere along the way hip hop was lost in traffic and found its way into the corporate offices of America. While this journey was taking place a young man emerged from those same streets where hip hop originated. His life and his struggle are deeply rooted in the true essence of hip hop. Music, in general was presented to him at a young age. At the tender age of 8 he started to develop a superior talent with the violin. By using the strings to embody his pain, and his struggle they only took him so far. After 6 years of rigorous training with the violin he decided that the violin wasn’t the best instrument to use to tell his story, he started to use his voice and lyrics. He was inspired by lyrics of pioneers such as LL Cool J that are gritty yet confident. None the less at the age of 14 his career as a hip hop artist began with simply a notebook and a splash of ink. Let me paint the picture, a dull damp basement, a dozen or so notebooks, a few pens, a large repertoire of beats, headphones, a pc, and a computer mic. It’s three in the morning but to him the day had just begun. Developing his craft became his escape, his outlet from the re-occurring events that were destined to have a terrible effect on his life. Now, fast forward about 3 years, a few mix tapes, countless late nights, and he’s ready to take it to the next level. With the development of his own entertainment company “D.M.E.” (Dirty Money Entertainment) it provides him with the platform to catapult his music into the ears of the masses. Next up is his highly anticipated mix tape “My Life, True Stories,” with “No Problemz” as his first single he is on the right track to become a staple in the streets, and one of hip hops new elite members.
